• ☞ When you ask about a piece: your name, email address, optional phone number, message, the work you selected, and a one-way technical fingerprint derived from your network address to limit spam.
• ☞ When you buy: contact, order, delivery, and transaction details. Stripe collects and processes payment-card information directly; card details do not pass through or remain on this site.
• ☞ When you use the site: necessary shopping-bag session storage. Manager sign-in uses necessary authentication storage. Stripe may use cookies or similar storage for checkout security and fraud prevention.

why information is used

Information is used to answer inquiries, complete and deliver orders, send requested transactional messages, prevent abuse and fraud, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Where GDPR applies, these uses rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in security and customer service, and legal obligations.

sharing & selling

Information is shared only with providers needed to operate the shop, including Stripe for payment and fraud prevention, hosting and database services, transactional email delivery, and shipping providers when an order is fulfilled. Information is not sold, shared for cross-context behavioral advertising, or reused for marketing. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

cookies & browser storage

No analytics or advertising trackers are currently used, so there is no optional tracking to opt into. Necessary storage keeps your bag during the browser session, supports private manager sign-in, and helps Stripe operate a secure checkout. Blocking necessary storage may prevent those features from working. Consent controls will be added before any future non-essential analytics or advertising storage is enabled.

retention & security

Inquiry and order information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute purposes, then deleted or de-identified. The anti-spam fingerprint is retained only as needed to detect repeated submissions. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California and the European Economic Area, you may have rights to know or access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent where consent applies, and appeal or complain to your local regulator. California residents may also request the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected and may not be discriminated against for exercising their rights. Because personal information is not sold or shared for behavioral advertising, there is no sale or sharing to opt out of.
